Tim Love Lights Up the Grill in Houston for Independence Day

TV personality and Fort Worth chef Tim Love confirmed in February that he’d be opening the Woodshed Smokehouse next summer in Levy Park. The $15 million Kirby Grove park, which launched this past February, announced that The Woodshed Smokehouse will feature “urban Western cuisine” and is scheduled to debut next year along with other concepts headed by Love such as an upscale snack bar and a beer garden.

Houstonians can get a taste of the future starting Friday, June 30 through Sunday, July 2 at Love’s Levy Park pop-up. Chef Love will be firing up the grill in honor of Independence Day by preparing potential forthcoming menu items like bulgogi beef tacos, pulled-pork sandwiches and hot dogs.
