Café Chino, known for its Hunan fare and Pacific Rim cuisine, will be serving a three-course menu for Chinese New Year, which will include dumplings, noodles and a carving station reminiscent of the markets in Canton, China, featuring hanging roasted Pekin Ducks, roasted pig and much more.
