Founded in 1994, My Table is Houston’s original food and dining-out magazine. Our readers depend on us for accurate, objective information on what’s hot, where to dine and news from the local food, wine and cocktail world. My Table magazine is published by Lazywood Press twice a year, and our single-topic Ultimate Food Lover’s Guide to Houston is also published twice a year, for a total of four quarterly publications.


The Spring/Summer issue of My Table magazine is released the first week of March, and the Fall/Winter issue is released the first week of September. The two editions of The Ultimate Food Lover’s Guide to Houston alternate with the magazine and are published in June and December.

Layout is considered an integral part of My Table magazine’s appeal and quality. Advertisements must be acceptable to the publisher in terms of design and content, and My Table reserved the right to refuse any ad. Request our media kit for specs and rates.

To realize the highest reproduction quality, we prefer ads be submitted digitally to and copied to graphic designer Becca Wright at Acceptable file formats include PDF, hi-res JPG, EPS, InDesign and/or Illustrator files in Macintosh format. For InDesign and Illustrator files, related graphics must be provided at 100% scale and at least 300dpi; fonts must also be provided if not converted to outlines. If we create your ad for you, one emailed proof will be sent for your review and approval before the magazine goes to press.

All inserts must be bound into the magazine. Postal regulations prohibit us from accepting catalogs, blow-in inserts or inserts bearing a bulk-mail indicia. Inserts start at 30¢ each.

Advertising creative is due Feb. 1 for the Spring/Summer issue of My Table magazine and July 15 for the Fall/Winter issue.

Ads for The Ultimate Food Lover’s Guide to Houston are due May 15 for the summer book and October 15 for the winter book.

Advertising rates are net. Ads must be pre-paid unless credit is established with publisher.
