It turns out rumors that chef Justin Basye is leaving Stella Sola are true after all. He’s been chef de cuisine at the Texas/Tuscan restaurant in The Heights for about 18 months and has become known for his charcuterie skills. According to the Houston Press, Basye wants to stage (i.e. briefly work and learn) at places like Revival Market. He will be replaced at the restaurant by Adam Dorris, whom we told you about in the January 25 edition of SideDish: Dorris was half of the two-man team that organized the Ghetto Dinners that were held at Grand Prize Bar
