Want a bite of the Super Bowl? For the upcoming Super Bowl on February 5, restaurant Steak 48 and Food Network star Sandra Lee – she’s also New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo‘s long-time steady – have teamed up to serve Sandra’s Super Strudel ($8). Proceeds from the dessert special will benefit the NFL Foundation, which encourages the health, safety and wellness of athletes, youth football and communities that support the game.

As Team Captain of the 10,000 Super Bowl LI volunteers, Lee specifically chose the NFL Foundation as an opportunity to give back to the community. She has worked with Steak 48 executive chef Jeff Taylor to make it possible for patrons to support the organization while celebrating the big game.

Taylor chose the strudel dessert recipe from one of Lee’s cookbooks. It features puff pastry with fresh apple pie filling, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon zest. The dessert is available at the restaurant now until Sunday, February 5.
